Can I lose 40-50 pounds in 3 months? for men?
I am 20 years old and i am 6'1 about 280 pounds. Is it possible to lose 40-50 pounds in 3 months? I am trying to get in really good shape as well. I don't need anything really for strength as I am fine when it comes to strength, but am carrying around a big belly. Is there anything that I can do or take that would help me lose this kind of weight within 3 months? All help is appreciated.

First thing to do is to have a daily exercise. Any kind of exercise will do. Then make a good food plan. Choose those foods that are advisable and the right time to eat them. Then drink lots of water.
For the meals Eat healthy: eat 3 whole meals a day. For your meals, you want something healthy and that fills you up so that you don't get hungry again for a long time. You need to also make healthy choices like eating whole wheat bread or whole grain bread instead of white bread and brown rice instead of white rice. Cut all junk food. They are bad for you and cause weight gain fast. Cut fast food as well! If you get hungry in between your 3 meals, eat a piece of fruit/vegetable, low-fat yogurt, skim milk, or fruit juice. THey are all good and healthy and will burn fat. As well as eating healthy, combine with exercise and you will lose the weight healthfully and easily. Diets don't work in the long run. When you consume too little, or deprive yourself of certain foods, you are also not getting the essential nutrients. That's why everyone gain the weight back and more in diets. Diet's are a plan for fail. INstead, just focus on eating healthy. You will feel better, look better, and perform better. Opt for a healthy lifestyle, not a fad diet. that's how you lose weight and keep it off for good.
For the exercise, don't overdo yourself. Just walking, jogging for 1 hour each day will be more than enough. Rememeber to rest for 1 day of the week. Also, if 1 hour is too long for you, you can BREAK IT DOWN thorughout the day. Nobody said you have to get it all done in one shot, just do some after you wake up, some in the afternoon myabe, and sometime before or after dinner. It's more managaeable that way. Walking, jogging, running or swimming are aerobic/cardio exercises and they burn the most calories and fat. They will make you strengthen or build your muscle and keep you burning more calories and fat.

YES! okay so I wan not nescesarilly as big as you are, but I was chubby nonetheless. Im not nearly a health professional but it is working so I feel fine. I cut out my meats completely, eat fruits and veggies. My dail meals consist of morning, almond bar, lunch, smoothie or/ salad or/ a black bean/soy burger,and for dinner ill have a pack of noodles, or the above. However going from eating to really having nothing more than a few pieces of fruit and an almond bar is not easy. Because your body is soo used to eating normally, that part I cant help you with, I used to eat a lot and honestly how I started losing the weight is because I was poor and didnt have food and had to ration it, and then I started liking how I was looking and said full steam ahead! so now im like vegan...hope I helped, dont know if its right but its working for me!

I'm going to suggest Weight Watchers. I lost 100 pounds on it. This is why: 1. You're young and ready, so you can be a star member of WW. 2. You get on the WW points plan - counting what you eat and how much you exercise - and those are the only stats you'll need, so you can keep it simple. 3. As you'll learn at WW: GO to the meetings and WRITE DOWN what you eat. WW is simple, really: eat right, eat in proper amounts, and exercise. GOOD LUCK!

I managed to, so you should be able to also. Just pick up lots of hookers, and when you do ur buisness wear a lot of clothing so you can sweat more.
