Wimbledon and US Open.
For Wimbledon, I doubt Djokovic will win it. It's his worst court. Fed and Nadal are the best contenders, but personally, I think Murray might run away with this one after seeing his performance against Roddick in Aegon Championship. Even with the Williams Sisters back, I think Wibledon will still be wide open. Im guessing they'll make Quarters or Semis along with Clijsters but I doubt they'll win. I also doubt Li will win, or Schiavone, or Stosur. Maybe on Wozniacki and on Zvonareva. I think either Sharapova will regain her glory or Azarenka will win her first Singles Grand Slam title.
US Open. All the top 4 in the ATP are great contenders. It's too hard to pick. WTA has way too many contenders on this one.

If Murray wants to win Wimbledon this year, he will probably have to face Federer... Problem is that he'll probably get an other lesson on how to play tennis if that happens, especially that he'd be now on grass which highly favors Federer's offensive game. I'll write it again, but if he sticks to the same playing level he showed during the FO, he is the man to beat.
Federer will make it 17 titles at Wimbledon.
At the US Open, we can await for many things to happen. There are four major tournaments before it starts and everything can change so fast. What appears clear to my eye is that the final of this last Grand Slam event will take place between two members of the current top 3. So, yet again, Murray will not play, nor win the Major final.
