All depends what's causing it. But generally, yes.

Even in the case of impotence because of physical injury, there are different surgical procedures that can be used to help a man to achieve engorgement, and thereby have the means to engage in sex. It all depends on how much the man is willing to undergo to retain that ability.

The 'Nuff said' is very telling, because you actually said very little, which might imply that this is a taboo subject for you..?

Fine. Since this is the Senior Citizens Department, I'm assuming you're adult and over The Age of Consent. So here's the thing. If your sex drive has faded to the point whereby you put yourself into the category of 'impotent' then yes, something can be done about that.

The very first thing is to bite the bullet and go see your doctor and have a basic examination. That's a must and that's a given.

Hopefully, your doc. says 'Everything's working fine, what you need is some sensitive psychological motivation' and then you have to work on that.

Here's the bottom line. I'm not going to mention options, like oral sex or watching adult movies with a cooperative and understanding partner. All that you have to set up for yourself but, above all, you really need to get a sympathetic partner in all this. That's 99% of the battle.

Imagination plays a huge part in all this. Find an imaginative partner. Tell them the problem. Let them work on the practical solution. You'll be amazed at how easy it finally turns out to be.

Unfortunately, many of the drugs on the market today that are designed to treat various conditions, have side effects that include the degradation of male sexual performance. The most common of these are blood pressure medications, but there are many others.

The good news is that in many cases, there are often (but not always) alternatives to the meds with these side effects. Learn here https://tr.im/kdb8R

If that’s the case, your doctor can prescribe you an alternative to help alleviate the problem.

Male sexual arousal is a complex process that involves the brain, hormones, emotions, nerves, muscles and blood vessels. To solve the erectile dysfunction i suggest to check this natural method https://tr.im/4Tev5 .

Erectile dysfunction can result from a problem with any of these. Likewise, stress and mental health problems can cause or worsen erectile dysfunction. Sometimes a combination of physical and psychological issues causes erectile dysfunction. For instance, a minor physical problem that slows your sexual response may cause anxiety about maintaining an erection. The resulting anxiety can lead to or worsen erectile dysfunction.

Well, put it this way, when you put too much water in cement, it doesn't harden, but if you happen to come up with just the right mixture of water and sand, the cement will get hard once again...

So, why can't it work for the guy, when he has the right "mindset" once again?
