i got tons of eggs from my wonderful chickens need meal or dessert ideas?

I have alot of farm fresh chicken eggs due to having 14 of my own chickens, and they all now are giving us eggs at the same time. We have eased up for a few days of eatingeggs to now having so many all my neighbor's and friends have their own chickens and egg supplies. idon't want it to go to waste i want somedifferentt food options that uses alot of eggs other then flan, angel food cake egg salad and french toast and quiche. i want somedifferentt ideas if y'all have any.

    Pickled eggs

    Hard boiled eggs, peeled

    2 cans of diced or sliced red beets (do not drain)

    2 cups vinegar

    4 cloves garlic, chopped

    1 onion, sliced

    Salt and pepper

    Water

    Place all ingredients in a wide-mouth gallon jar. Add peeled, hard boiled eggs. Fill jar to neck with water. Screw on lid, and shake a bit to mix. Allow to age in fridge for a week or so. Enjoy. Pickled eggs will keep for several months, and you can add more eggs to the juice as needed. The pickle juice will keep indefinitely.

Use frozen green beans, thaw them. Get a warm skillet and upload olive oil and sear the beans till they're caramelized. upload some lemon zest and you're finished! For dessert: chocolate lined strawberries
