Been vegan for 6mths, meal ideas?

Yay, another vegetarian/vegan! (: Lol, I myself am a vegetarian so I completely understand when people are critical of the dietary choice...but I love it! Vegetarianism is great, in my opinion!

For meal choices, tofu is a great choice in terms of entrees. Look up some recipes for how to make tofu taste delicious! I love tofu, and also you can have it as a substitute for ice cream [they make tofu desserts].

Have you tried the Seventh Day Adventist Recipes? They are vegetarians but I'm sure there are some that you could use. They have a recipe for meatball made of ground walnuts! Very good. You can even download free recipes from their sites. Just google seventh day adventist recipes.
