Is there a support forum for iTunes besides Apple.com?
There doesn't seem to be anyone on there anymore. No questions are being answered. I downloaded several songs & they didn't go to my library. It says in my account I can download them but I can only synch them to a ios device. I have a nano NOT a touch or iPhone. This is iCloud in action.
I bought them from iTunes. Something went wrong & they didn't download to the iTunes library. On my account page it says I have downloads available but if I download they can only be listened to on my computer or synched to iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch or Apple TV. Obviously they want me to buy an ios device meaning they will no longer support nano's or classics. Watch for those to be discontinued because of iCloud.

"Is there a support forum for iTunes besides Apple.com?"
Yeah - it's called "Yahoo! Answers".
For those iPod owners lacking in tech savvy or common sense, you can still post your questions on that site.
The same questions.
asked ten thousand times before.
Poorly phrased and lacking in detail needed to solve the problem.
eg: "I downloaded several songs & they didn't go to my library. "
Downloaded from where? how? How did you try and put them in your library? did you try manual management of songs and jsut drag them using the mouse? Just saying that you used iCloud doesn;t help - maybe you did it the wrong way.
