duz any1 kno how 2 disable fire fox or norton?

I have an older computer and both programs are eating up an immense amount of V mem. I dont want 2 delete the programs just disable them "at will". I play an online game and those programs are causing my game to lag real bad. any help would b nice

    End the process with your task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del> Task Manager)

    unless you need the ability to switch to your browser immediately after your game, this will shut the program down (eliminating all resource consumption) and allow you to boot it back up at will. It's also faster than using the "X" to shut a program down.
