We have rented for 25 years and the landlord ignores so many obvios simple repairs such as windows that don't?

work anymore.He is cheap in any repairs that the insurance company saYS FIX OR WON'T INSURE ANYMORE.Recently with all the rain and just last year with new ceiling and gutters -the rain pours in -had him him come over and all I got was well we had allot of rain and his problems.Emphasize "his problems"We feel if we complain too much he'll raise the rent to where we can't afford it so he can get more $ from the next renters..I fear when he talks about selling his rentals so we don't complain but the house falls further into disrepair and he don't care.
