If i choose to "protect my tweets" on twitter.....will other people still be able to see tweets of mine that my followers retweet?

Okay so a couple months ago my younger sister got into a fight at school that was started by the other girl over a phone my sister had sold her that the girl never paid for. My sister was physically hurt because after the fight was broken up the girl went back and punched her in the eye, so she had a huge cut and needed stitches and her eye was huge and black and blue. She also got a scar. Since she's still a minor me and my mom have to sue for her. The hospital bills totaled out to almost $4000. But we also wanted to add in their the costs of the phone, as well as "pain and suffering" and "mental anguish". We have an appt. with a lawyer but I also wanted to hear your opinions too. What would typically be a normally acceptable amount to sue for in this case?

Okay before people start with stupid answers...first of all i am a HUGEE animal advocate. i would never put an animal in danger and im a young woman. So no, im not looking to train a fighter dog. And even if i was trying to raise a fighter dog, do you REALLY think i would look to a place like yahoo answers as my source of knowledge-_- And I do NOT want to strengthen her jaws either. I even watch the chew toys i buy her just to make sure theyre not meant for jaw strength. I recently adopted a pit though and she was a rescue. She is pretty much all bones though and ive been feeding her as much as the doctor allows me. I want her to have that nice muscular healthy look. I LOVE playing with my dogs. We run, play soccer (well as much as they can since they really dont get the concept), and even wrestle sometimes. How can i get her to be a little more on the built and muscular side?

My facebook is pretty much totally private. However, I noticed a lot of people have the setting so that people can't message you unless they're your friend. I really want to do the same. But I was wondering what your opinions on it were. Is it a good idea or not?

My family is Albanian from Montenegro. We have dual Montenegrin/American nationality, however, we are always in Albania and have a lot of assets there. I was wondering, is it possible to obtain an Albanian citizenship as well???

What is the history for Albanians in Montenegro. Where are they from? My father was born in Ulqin and i'm curious. Did the albanians from Montenegro ever actually live in Albania? Are they really Serbs? And we all have -ic last names. I don't get it.

I know lots of Albanians in both Albania and Montenegro who have slavic last names like Metovic, Bajramovic, Omeralovic, Hajdarevic...etc. How does their ethnicity work? Where exactly are they from? I thought most Albanians with muslim last names in Albania had to change their last names under Hoxha. Are there any Albanian celebrities who still have the last name ending in -ic?
