Is it possible to have dual Albanian/Montenegrin citizenship?
My family is Albanian from Montenegro. We have dual Montenegrin/American nationality, however, we are always in Albania and have a lot of assets there. I was wondering, is it possible to obtain an Albanian citizenship as well???

Usually I'm pretty confident about answering questions involving multiple citizenship, but here I'm at loss. Neither Albania, nor Montenegro, nor the U.S. prohibit multiple citizenship. The problem here is that Albania and Montenegro are really not the best of buddies, so the discussions about this continue. You have asked a question that will require the input of an attorney from either of the two countries.
