While Derek Fisher has had more team success, he will never be as great as Lebron individually. Lebron is a 2 time MVP winner and has had a great career so far.

While Lebron may never win 5 rings, he will still go down as a great player because of his individual brilliance. Derek Fisher has been lucky to play with greats like Shaquille O'Neal and Kobe Bryant.

In this case, it doesn't matter about the rings because most of his rings Derek got, he kind of didn't deserve. But overall, Lebron is kinda better.
