I think you are confused. Jason is Alison's brother, he was only here briefly and didn't involve Jenna.
The guy Jenna is with is Garret, he is the police officer. They were making out in her room, do you remember?

there is a jason & he is alison's brother.
but im not sure if i remember jenna being with him.
so, i agree with the other person, you're probably thinking of garrett the cop.
