How can I tell from where in the world a question originated?

I was seeking to answer some questions from people asking about places in England but had no way of telling where they were from and therefore had experience of.

I looked all over the web page of the question and also clicked on the name of the questioner but nothing was revealed.

Go to the bottom of the page and click on "United Kingdom". Then when you go to browse for questions to answer, select "UK & Ireland questions only" in the show menu.

When you answer a question, look at the bottom of the action bar, it will tell you if the question is asked in another Y!A international that is not the one you're answering from.

Look just below the question, it will say where the question was asked. If there is nothing displayed, it was asked on the same YA country that you are on. So since you are on the UK, if there is no flag, the question came from the UK.

Look just below the question, it will say where the question was asked. Like under your question, it says United Kingdom.
