Which name sounds better for a guy?
I'm writing a story so I need to pick out a name for my main character.
He's Caucasian with black/dark brown hair and blue eyes. He's taller than average but about average weight. (I know he kind of sounds like a Gary-Sue. Just go with me, guys)
What should his name be (or give me your suggestions)? A few I've picked out are:
Eli
Hayden
Dalton
Lance
Elliot
Ethan
David
Zack
Garett
Jarett
Jace
Jay
Joel
Cole
Mark
Neil
Thanks guys! Have a nice day :) Don't forget to link me to your question so I can answer in return.
Thanks for all you suggestions guys! I like Dalton also. I think I might go with that. Continue to leave your suggestions though so you can get points and I can see your answers.

i love Caitlyn Grace....although how about Winters as a replace of iciness? Caitlyn Grace Winters or Caitlyn Rose Winters someone has commented that you should stay faraway from the common Grace, Jane, Marie center names and move for some thing slightly more beneficial out-there? In some strategies I agree yet... How about employing a extremely 'widespread' call for Caitlyn and employing a more beneficial unusual call for Ainslie? you already know, merely so there is a few thing quite intersting about her? it may be good in case you would possibly want to strengthen a back tale for a way she were given her more beneficial unusual call. i'm no longer too keen on Peita to be undemanding.... perhaps Ainslie Cordelia? For a surname - some thing with really a sturdy sound - Reynolds perhaps? perhaps carry out slightly study and locate names sound extraordinarily overseas and use them as her center and surname? As for the guy, Ryan is advantageous...i'm no longer so particular about Alex or Alec - Alexander might want to paintings as a center call or on an same time as a surname? Ryan Alexander in case you want a center call in there, how abour Ryan Joseph Alexander?

I hope it's not too late for suggestions. I think a good name for a guy is Brian or Alexander or Jonathan, Nathan, Zack, and if you want unique names I consider you migt want to look up names from the old english days or French names are good too :)

Try picking a name that is unique. These names always are the best. "Cole" and "Dalton" are both names that are unique but with great rings and feels to the name. -Spunky
