Plagiat sein oder nicht?

Wäre ein Werk ein Plagiat, wenn es von einem anderen, welches in einer anderen Sprache verfasst wurde, einfach übersetzt würde?

    Nein, nicht unbedingt. Wenn die Übersetzung deklariert wird, mit Quellenangabe, ist es kein Plagiat. Aber halt auch nicht besonders originell ...
