Paris enquêtes criminelles (Paris criminal investigations): French adaptation of Law & Order.
R.I.S, police scientifique: French police procedural.
Engrenages (Spiral): Season-long mysteries through the eyes of the judicial system: a police captain and her two lieutenants, a judge, a prosecutor and a lawyer.
All of these series are currently on the air, so they won't feel dated and you can probably learn a bit more about French culture as well.
