is there a way to make excel boxes update to something on the internet? like if i am doing a golf pool and want the scores to come from the internet, is there a way to put espn or golf network into a box and have it update automatically?

In Excel you can Get External Data to accomplish this. I've never tried to pull data from a website, but I've used it to pull data from a database. The link below is the help topic from Microsoft's Office Knowledge Base.
