No way Florida has a super low Sea floor which makes the water look that nice color blue. Won't invested any money there at all.

if you knew anything about real science(not the phony science used by idiots like Algore) you'd know that if sea levels rise in Florida because of global warming, they'd rise world wide for the same reason. you cannot localize sea level anymore than you can localize the water level in a glass! it's can't be done! since the Arctic is basically a huge ice cube floating on the water, melting of Arctic ice would have 0 effect on sea level, and the Antarctic wouldn't be enough to submerge the land world wide! It would help a little if the screaming chickenlittles would at least use logic and common sense!

I'll wait for property values to drop a little more due to the 0bama depression, then buy. A few more alarmist articles like that, might get more people to move out and drop bids on existing housing. In any event, the depression will get worse as long as 0bama is in office. Lower aggregate demand will force prices lower. I'll buy at that time.Man made global warming is a myth. It should be believed as much as any other fairy tale.

Funny how global warming alarmists never mention that the beginning of the industrial age coincides with the end of the Little Ice Age. When temperatures recover to what they were in the Medieval Warm Period, we can start discussing climate change. Until then it is just natural variation. When a receding glacier uncovers a medieval village, how can you call that unprecedented?

"Unprecedented", by its very definition, is defined by previous behavior.

If the ocean previously rose, say 1/2 mm a year, then a 2 mm increase would be four times that amount. Does 4x fit the definition of "unprecedented"? Sounds like it.

But how does it work out in real life?

In short, 2mm /year (1/10 of an inch) over 30 * years * is 3 inches. You do the math.

I'd be more concerned about hurricanes.
