The car sits pretty low to the ground, so if your a bigger person you might need to lift up the front end to get to the oil plug and get a drain pan under it. Other than that it is fairly simple.

once you checked it on the storage the engine would have been run so the oil would have been pumped as much as the cylinder head and camshaft(s). once you left it sitting the oil would have run flow into opposite from the cylinder head in the process the oil passage procedures and into the sump. The sump is the the place the oil is saved and sucked up by skill of the pump. So as quickly as you run the engine for some seconds the oil passageways and cylinder head will fill with oil back lessening the quantity in the sump. for this reason you will desire to in no way rev your engine the minute you initiate your motor vehicle (or bike) because of the fact the oil desires a raffle to flow back as much as the cylinder head and grant finished protection. remember if its merely over the optimal then its too plenty, an excellent form of people over fill the engine with oil thinking its extra perfect to have it merely over optimal as its stable to have an excellent form of oil, however the optimal is the very suitable shrink.

Not sure but get some ramps. Started using some with Honda civic. Works real good. Bumper on my Mustang always push ramps before tires made contact. Think Focus would do alright. That way you don't have to deal with up sales at those minute lube places.
