apple or even pineapple pie. You get to squish and sgoosh your hands together around the edges of the pan, also, you get a preview of what you're going to eat when you smell sensory ocular features. Or without sounding too verbose it smells so good you could eat it.

I have a great recipe for pork chops that are brined to help them stay moist and then rubbed with a carribean type spice. They are great in the oven and amazing smoked!
I have several other step by step recipes with pictures and tips.
