How much would this cost? (Disneyland vacation)?
My best friend and I are both turning 16 and our parents said we could drive to Anaheim from San Fransisco to stay in the motel 6 across the street and get 6 day parkhopper tickets (250 dollars) If we split the money to drive down, bring junkfood like ramen and stuff (so dont include food in our price) and split going to a motel six, do you think its possible to make this a 500 dollar vacation?
Remember thats for:
driving from San fransisco to southern California (splitting the gas)
250 dollars for disnyland tickets
and 5 nights at motel 6?
500 dollars EACH meaning a 1000 dollar vacation. Is this possible? Also, how can we save money if it isnt?

Right on the motel 6's website it says "check-in age is 18 years or older" so you may have a problem right there. Just the hotel alone will cost you almost $300 ($150 each) for the week. Are the tickets $250 each or total? Not sure how much gas would be but i'm guessing you'll be spending about $100 each give or take.
$150(hotel)+$250(tickets)+100(gas) = $500 (that's all your money right there)
or
$150(hotel)+$125(tickets)+$100(gas) = $375 (it may be do-able if the tickets are $250 total for both of you)
You think that you will be able to survive on Ramen but i'm sure you'll be hungry when you get into the park and I don't think you will want to bring Ramen with you to the park.

Assuming you do not purchase a lot of souvenirs while there it is possible with one major problem, you are too young to legally rent a room at the Motel 6 or, for that matter, any hotel in the Anaheim/Disneyland area. Ignoring this major problem certainly $1,000 would cover the costs of your trip if you bring all your own food:
Accommodation $ 370.00
6 Day Park Hopper - $ 472.00 (purchased online)
Gas - $ 100.00
Total - $ 942.00
This would leave you with $58 for additional food or other items

These are usually cheaper and have a free breakfast. For meals we usually bring in sandwiches and snacks and then just buy very little in the park as the food is expensive in the park.
Are you sure you want to go to disneyland, I dont think a teen would enjoy a lot, but eh, overall i would say airfare 600-700 bucks trip itself maybe 2,000 it just depends on what you want.
you'd best budget forty dollars a day for food, so that's $330 right there. If you go before deal on where you can get a three day parkhopper for $169, so we're up to $500.

Not possible.
Accommodations will be your biggest expense. Motel 6 Maingate runs $63.99 - $81.99 per night (probably per person, double occupancy). A five night stay at the highest rate would be $409.95 for one of you. Moreover, per the hotel rules you MUST BE 18 to register. Since neither of you are, you can't stay there.
