I keep seeing the term Lacto-Ovo vegetarian. What is it?
What is a Lacto-Ovo vegetarian?
Ok, So it's a regular vegetarian.
If they don't eat animal by products then that is a vegan. So now I don't understand why people even make a deal out of it.
