DO NOT sign anything until you go to a lawyer. If this paper is asking you to waive all rights and privileges that would be a concern....get yourself to a lawyer ASAP. If you go ahead and sign it and waive all rights you will regret it and there will be absolutely nothing you can do about it after the fact.

no do not sign go to your counties free family law center and (both) if your base has a place to find out your next step do not sign your rights away. I believe since your both in you have separate rights unless you sign yours off too,

Answer in the allotted time or your sunk even if your not sure then have her sign her rights away...which is just to give you time to learn your right and to decide if you want her rights or exactly what

I'm not sure but it sounds like you';ll have to pay her lawyer so he can better reduce your rights, but you should send her a COPY since you need one of yours and one from her = an affidavit from both of you stating that you both are in the military,

Actually you should both go to the workshop in your county (free) at the family law center, this way you both know exactly whats going on as they go page by page line by line and you may stay behind to ask any questions that are specific to your case
