Why hasn't Eric Holder filed lawsuits against states that have legalized pot?
These states are breaking Federal Law, Yet he quickly filed a lawsuit against Arizona, a state that simply wants to enforce Federal Law.
@ Mike: Then why do we have the DEA?
@ Chewy: The 0bama administration doesn't have the right to pick and choose what federal laws it wants to enforce. It must be proven in court that it is a violation of the 10th Amendment.

Because the Obama administration has decided not to enforce the federal ban on marijuana. It's a violation of the Tenth Amendment, anyway.
Unlike drug use policy, immigration policy is assigned to the federal government by the Constitution, which is why suing Arizona is justified.
Edit: I disagree. If Republican administrations can pick and choose which corporate regulations they choose to enforce, President Obama should be free not to enforce the federal marijuana ban.

It doesn't say in the Constitution that drug enforcement is a duty of the Federal government, therefore it's a state right.
