how to stop marketing phone calls from other countries?

    If you are with BT they used to do BT Privacy at no charge when I went to BT I opted into this straight away and for awhile we had peace unfortunately my current provider doesn't offer this and am sure only BT do

    Get a phone that has caller indentification and not answer "Number Withheld" calls.

    you have to tell them very blantenly 'PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM THE CALL BACK LIST" if they ever call again just say I was supposed to be taken off the call back list now remove me. They will stop!
