Sir,with due respect i am telling you that I am a middle class boy who have get a opportunity to buy laptop within 38000 rupees.

    Dude, your budget is fine for a mid range laptop which will allow you to work & will take care of your entertainment needs as well.

    Checkout Sony Vaio, Samsung & HP notebooks which have dedicated graphics support as well as an i3 CPU which will be the best config for you.

    Visit www.dell.co.in and configure one laptop for your use. You have many choices like the size of the screen RAM size, CPU etc. Since you have not told for maily what purpose you will be using this laptop I cannot give more specific answer.
