Been getting this caller, from, Pinellas County, Florida. Sounds like a old lady, when I pick up, no sense. Some guidance out there, please...

    It's a landline and not a cellphone. Probably just someone with a wrong number. I would make sure you tell her that she has the wrong number and ask her politely to quit calling this number.
