Have I been Discriminated at work?

I work for a large company, and with the Unions help, I requested a reasonable accommodation, I have a problem with organization and routine. My accommodation for a consistent schedule, basically working 1st shift only, wasba great help.

One of the other things, was that Mgmt helped me reorganize my work truck. Once again another great help. However, it was mentioned that after is was reorganized, it was my responsibilty to keep it in order.

Since the rearrangement, I have been "written up" for having a messy truck a few times, while no one else that I work with, had even had their trucks inspected, and I had been getting a few compliments of how well I kept it, wasn't perfect, wasn't a disaster, but it was possibly a few empty boxes.

Main question, I had an accommodation for a condition that was medically verified from my doctor. But the only reason i had the reorganization, was because of my accommodation for disability, which was then more scrutinized than any other truck at my Location.

Basically out of 15-20 trucks, mine was the only one scrutinized, while others overflowed with trash and Disarray. I would post pictures if I could.

So since I got written up for my truck while other trucks weren't even inspected, is it Discrimination?

Sorry about too much info

Update:

Judy, there is still an SOP for a Designed Vehicle Load for all who have work trucks, that the other techs should be adhering to, but none of them are checked. Basically the organization by procedure is almost identical to what mine is, I just have a few extra bins in which to place items.

it sounds kind of like it but it's hard to prove. did they reorganize anyone elses truck? if not they can say they only do inspections on trucks they reorganized since it cost them more money then other trucks and they don't want to have to do it again.

    but just an opinion

Yours is the only one that management helped reorganize. You said you needed a special accomodation that required it to be neat, so they're requiring that you keep it that way. They other people aren't claiming to need theirs organized in order to do their jobs. You are.
