The more you wear it the better! But wearing it at night will be just fine! Also you should wear it on days you're not doing anything like if it's rainy outside and there is nothing to do just wear it, then you'll be closer to not having to wear it anymore!!

the more you wear it,the more it will help to move the teeth.lesser time wearing means less tooth movement and extended treatment.
