my yahoo sends emails to people in my address book?

All the people in my address book keep getting disturbing emails from me and I havnt sent them , I think someone has accessed my address book via yahoo and copied it And is sending all the people I have addresses for . It is causing me many problems some days I dont put my computer on and find some people have had as many as 20 emails from me . I have windows 7 and A V G anti virus

Update:

I use AVG anti virus but I have just downloaded Avira anti virus free and it found TR/dropper,Gen Trojan which AVG didnt find so hopefully this will sort my problem out

    I am afraid you have caught a virus on your computer try running a virus scan with your AVG anti virus software to try and try and remove it.

    I have something similar going on. Someone is using my yahoo address to send stuff to people in my address book. However what the sending is various web pages addresses (all different) but the all lead to the same place a canadian drug company selling viagra & suchlike!! Quite embarrassing!! Does anyone have any advice?
