someone opened a face book account in my e-mail address...how do I get rid of it?

Go to facebook and click Sign in, there will be a button or box that says that you forgot your password/user name. It will ask for your email, type in your email. it will send an email that says the user name and password.

Then login and click privacy or whatever and delete the account

Go into the Facebook account. On the top right hand corner you will Account. Click on Account. Then click on Account Settings, scroll down to the bottom of the page you will see Deactivate Account, follow instructions on that page and that will cancel the Facebook Account.

deleting facebook account is possible, but it is very easy to reactive the same account. why dont u create a new email add, then log in to facebook using ur old email. then go to account settings, change email add, once it done properly, you may now deactivate account.
