Well if you don't want it to be romantic. Just text him (or call him) and tell him you like him. 'Nuff said.

idk how old you are but if you are over 18 its pretty much simple, you tell him you like him and thats that. It is now up to him to do what he wants with that info. FYI he probably knows you like him.
