Is having darker blood better or lighter blood?
some say having darker blood is better because it contains more haemoglobin and some say lighter blood is more oxygenated than darker blood.

Bright red blood has more oxygen in it, and is found in arteries. Dark red blood has had the oxygen removed and is found in veins
light red blood can show that theperson is still alive. Dark red blood means they are dead. But this is when they are bleeding. The Darker is losing oxygen
