what color of braces should i get??? hurry!!!! =_="?

While braces are definitely not the most fun thing to have, they are worth it! I had them for three years and I don't regret it at all. You'll often get a color choice for bands and they get changed at your monthly appointment, so have fun with them! I often color coordinated with holidays or other events that were going on my life at that time :) The one color I did avoid was yellow, because I didn't want that color getting associated with my teeth! Bright (lime, red, blue, etc) work well. The best advice I can offer is BRUSH WELL! Any orthodontist worth the money they're getting will appreciate good maintenance, and your teeth will look the better for it, especially after you get them off. As for preparation, when I got my braces, I was shown a video about them first and the assistant answered all my questions then. Often the office will give you a "kit" too; it'll probably contain flossing needles (plastic ones to get in between wires), a special toothbrush, gel to help cover the metal and protect the insides of your mouth and so on. Be prepared to eat softer foods for a while; your mouth may take a couple weeks to adjust to getting moved around. I found it handy to always have applesauce and other soft foods around in case I was having an achy day with my teeth. I use to match the bands to the holidays but if u don't want attention u can get clear it turns yellow after a few weeks or get grey

black later on like in 2 or 3 weeks when u go back u can chnge them again black or red , i go with black
