    The first one is correct:

    anata ha (this ha is pronounciated as wa) watashi yori bukiyou desu

    The second one is almost correct:

    sore ha (pronounciated as wa) hontou dewa arimasen!

    Sorega hontou dewa arimasen! (your answer) might be translated as "THAT is not true!"; there's an emphasis on "that".
