The biggest makeup with the scene make up is definitely eyes. That is what sets apart this type of makeup. So for the face, if you have bad skin and want to have the flawless skin look use a concealer, foundation, and powder.

concealer- For my concealer I would use the revlon photo ready concealer. It had great coverage and is blendable.

foundation- my absolute favorite is maybelline's dream smooth mousse foundation. It is like a cream foundation. It comes with a sponge, and you can use that to put it on. That gives a light to medium coverage look. If you use a flat top brush such as a sigma flat top brush or eyes lips face flat top powder brush, that will give you a full coverage look.

Powder- Next, whenever you use a cream or liquid product you want to set it with a powder. This will make it last longer. The next decision is if you want really really full coverage (if you have awful skin) put a normal skin colored powder on such as revlon colorstay powder. Now if you think you have enough coverage and you like the way it looks, use a translucent powder. Any of them work. Browse the drugstore, physicians formula has one and revlon colorstay has a translucent powder. You would put that on with a fluffy brush. Essence of Beauty has a great fluffy brush (can be found in drug stores). If you don't need a ton of coverage, skip the foundation and just use the powder.

Next are the eyes and eye brows. These two things are what really set apart a scene make up look from another make up look

eyeshadow- basically black is the only color you will use. the best matte (meaning no shimmer) black eye shadow is mac's carbon black. if you do not want to spend that much i would go to the drugstore and find a matte black that you like. every brand has one (i would stay away from almay, their eye shadows aren't very pigmented, meaning when you put the eyeshadow on the color is kind of sheer). You do need an eye shadow primer, this will help your eyeshadow stay one and not crease. This is very important, especially when using dark colors because those will be very noticeable if they crease. You will apply the primer fist, I recommend urban decay primer potion (they also have AMAZING eye shadows) now this product is $18, that sounds like a lot, but it last FOREVER and is amazing. There are none from the drugstore that work very well. So you will put the primer on, then the black eye shadow. Use a regular eye shadow brush (essence of beauty has one) and pack on the black, put this on the lid, you can choose how high up you go. Whenever you decided you like where it is, use the other side of the eyeshadow brush to blend the edges so there is not such a harsh line, if you want a harsh line though, leave it. A lot of people do not even use eye shadow. They just have very very thick eye liner. whichever look you like best is the one to do, if you do use only eyeliner use a pencil because liquid all over your lid would not go over well.

eyeliner- next, use an eye liner, for the top i suggest a liquid, because they tend to be the darkest. put that along the top eyelid close the the lashes. Then take a pencil eyeliner, revlon colorstay has a great one that lasts all day, and put that on the bottom, for the scene look the eyeliner tends to go pretty far down, but again, thats your choice.

mascara- next use a mascara. I love maybelline's colossal mascara. (the yellow tube)

eyebrow's- these frame your face. if you are happy with your eyebrows then do nothing to them, if you want to touch them up, use eyebrow powder to fill them in, milani has a great eyebrow powder palette.

blush- normally scene makeup does not consist of blush, a one color, pale face is ideal. however, if you like blush then go for it. Physicians formula has some great mineral ones

lips- these are normally skin tone, so what i would do is take your foundation and put it on the lips and set it with colored foundation powder. this will make them very light and skin tone

*extra touches. for the scene look many people like to have a winged out eye look. to achieve this, put the primer out where the wing will be, next take a piece of tape (scotch tape) and create the angle you like, then apply shadow into a winged formation.

Here is a video that is great and shows you this, she does add some sparkle, that is optional:

You will need all the foundationa and eyeliner in the world.

Honeslty, that 'look' is the least flattering thing i have ever seen.

But Youtube has SO MANY makeup tutorials for that kind of stuff.

Basically, you cover your face in foundation and do really heavy eyeliner, without any mascara.

I've experimented with this before, and what I did was I took a black pencil liner and lined my upper and lower waterlines. I tried to make it as dark as possible.

Then i took a liquid liner and lined my lash line over and over again until it was as thick as I wanted. After that, I took my blackest shadow and patted it on the liner to set it and make it darker. And to make the look sexier, I loaded up on mascara to make my lashes and thick as possible.

    Hope that helped?:)

Just use alot of black eyeliner and mascara. Try maybelline define a line eyeliner, and apply on top and bottom of your lid. Wing it out a bit, and smudge the corners. for mascara, try maybelline full n soft. it adds tons of volume without looking fake. To complete your eye makeup, get cream eyeshadow from revlon. There is one with purple, green, dark brown, and gold.

For your face, use revlon colorstay foundation. It has the really pale colors and the makeup lasts forever.

Do not use blush. But might try a highlighter on your cheek bones (you can use white eyeshadow)
