what to do with about 1,500 dollars?
dont say to save it or buy some kinda electronic. my family and i want to go on vacation on short notice and we live in the connecticut area. we were thinking to do something in new york city or marthas vineyard or cape cod.
please give ideas for where to go in the area
and we dont have to pay for a hotel just list entertaining things for two teenagers (a boy and a girl) and parents

Rent a house on the beach and go scuba diving. Every night you're there eat out at a cozy restaurant and then come home to the beach house and watch a movie on sleeping bags and pillows.

Hi, go to the Vineyard. It's spectacular (if you like the beach and scenery). Oak Bluffs is a cool town with some good shopping and restaurants. You can rent mopeds and cruise around the island, go fishing, chill at the beach, go on a boat ride, shop in Edgartown.
Lots of celebs have 2nd homes there...Lady Gaga just bought a place.
