Why don't you just go to Victory bus terminal in Pasay? It's much nearer and accessible for you from PGH. Just ride the LRT and alight at Edsa station and from there you just walk up to the Victory terminal. If you are not familiar with the place, just ask for direction to any people out there.

Look for buses with labels as Cubao llalim or Ibabaw. Drop of at the nearest bus stop near the terminal then cross the EDSA thru the pedestrian overpass. If you have more budget then hire a taxi it is more luxurious.
