asdfghjkl:( i hate when that happens! its sooo embarrasing but this is what i do and it works! put a panty liner on your inner thighs near your crotch. Wear balck underwear maybe two pairs. Put n two big pads front and back. Put on black slush pants or balck track pants that are thick. Get an old towel no one gives a crap about and put it under your but. Then lie down on your side and sleep. It actually owrks:) gèluck
EDIT: i red it wrong..get baking soda and water mix it and scrub it on the stain. Or get laundry deteregent and water and svcrub

First dampen the mattress (The blood area) with water and then put on some stain remover, leave it for 2 hours , come back wash off the stain remover (with some kitchen towel) and then it should have gone down. If that doesn't work and you really don't want her to find out turn the mattress upside down and then she won't see it until they move the mattress and won't know it was you.
Hope this helps
p.s if you often leak at night, change your night pads, i use Bodyform Goodnight if you can't get them near you i've heard Always, Kotex and O.B are good.
