I would not consider it safe 3 days for sure but 7 days is asking for a problem

It should be safe from a food safety perspective, but you'll need to check the smell and color to see if any spoilage has occurred. Most ground beef that has been cooked, salted, and spiced will last for more than a week in the fridge, largely because the heat and salt has dehydrated it.

I wouldn't eat it. a week is way too long. the only person it will affect is the one eating it
