Will there will be a 2011-12 season of NBA if the league reaches a new contract deal with the CBA?

    Yes, just like the situation in the NFL. Of course, they're already under a lockout as of 22 hours ago, and it's going to take some effort to get a new CBA. We might see no football and no basketball this fall, but if the players and owners of each league can get something figured out before their seasons are supposed to start, everything will go on as usual.
