OK, im 15 years old, and the last couple of days there has been bright red blood when i poop and i am kinda worried. I don't feel any pain when i go or anything, but still, theirs blood and im kinda scared. I'm going to try and see a doctor, but what could it be, and should i be worried. also could it be from me just starting to work out alot more than usual? Please Help!

You need more fiber is your diet, to soften your poop.

Are you eating too much food with calcium that may be the problem

    Try

    1. Eating Food that contain fiber or buy fiber tablets ex.Fiber one Cereal

    2. stool softener pills

    3. Drink 8 glasses of water

    Go see a doctor

IT COULD BE A SIGN OF IRREGULARITY. MAYBE THE PROBLEM IS YOUR DIET?

TRY EATING FIBER-RICH FOODS TO GET MORE FIBER INTO YOUR DIET. LIKE FRUITS, VEGGIES, AND WHOLE GRAIN BREADS. OR, YOU CAN TAKE A FIBER SUPPLEMENT BUT I'M NOT SURE IF IT WILL TASTE VERY GOOD.

TRY EATING FIBER-RICH FOODS FOR A WEEK, AND THEN SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

THIS PROBABLY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WORKING OUT HARDER THAN USUAL.

the same thing happened to me when i was 17. I had colon polyps. you should tell your parents about what is going on with you and see a doctor.

You're having a butt baby. It's very common in 15 year olds, just make sure you kill it when it comes out... or it will turn on you and eat your ***.
