I have been a waitress for a long time and I am just wondering how you decide what you will leave your waitress? Is there something a waitress can do to "up" their tip?

Well I am 27 and haven't really ever went to church. I currently work on sundays but that will soon be changing. I want to go to church and learn how to be a good christian woman. I am very nervous about this and i know i shouldn't be but i am. i need to know what really to expect because i really have absolutely no knowledge of the bible or god or anything. I have lived an awful life in my past and I changed a lot about the way i live 2 years ago and I feel like its time to take the next step in bettering myself. any words, thought, opinions, and advise appreciated.

I have called the better business bureau and tried top find ways to make a complaint.... they all told me that since it doesn't have to do with race, religion, sexuality, or handicap there is nothing they can do.... Here it is... My boss is the rudest woman ever... when certain employees have questions she will roll her eyes and say " What do you want": we have hostess that seat tables for us to wait on but she doesn't seat them fairly.. only to those that she "Likes" .... My manager received a complaint from a customer about another employee smelling badly and my manager made jokes about it with other workers there... This is just in all not a good work environment and I am having a hard time with not speaking out.. Please help I need some advise.... THANK YOU SOO MUCH!!

I am 27 yrs old. I spent yrs using drugs. I have been away from that life for 15 months now. I have done all of the AA and NA Meetings so I already know about that. I grew very bored with the meetings scene. I currently work alot but have no friendship skills. I get nervous when trying to socialize and make friends so I kinda keep to myself. Please help. I want to have someone to share day with and just socialize with.

I quit yesterday. I want to smoke bad. I have a headache. my chest feels like its burning and I feel like giving up. How long will all of this crappy feeling last. When will I feel the good stuff for stopping? by the way i have been a smoker for 15 years. also my sinuses are killin me. HELP!!

I have windows xp. I have my screen saver set to change through the default pics. on some of the pics they are a little distorted looking. It may have been caused by a virus but all the viruses are gone now but still have problems with pics. Any ideas on how to fix please help thanks.

My husband and I are sick of sitting around the house. we try to get out as much as we can. We dont want answers like.... go for a walk, go to a movie, shop, go to a museum, gamble, go out for a nice dinner, or any of the same old basics. if you have any ideas HELP!!!!

All of my life I have had a problem with feeling like no one cares about me. I mean even if someone is interested in being friends with me I push away because I have such bad self esteem. When it comes to family I just don't feel like they really care about me. I am a waitress and Im as bubbly as they come but personal friendships i just don't have. My husband and I have been Married for 10 years and we seem to be growing apart. I work during the day and he works at night. He is always with his mother while I am at work and he goes strait to work from there. When he does come home after work I am asleep because I have to wake up early. I have tried to get him to be at home when i get home so we can at least see each other for an hour but he always says he is bored at home by his self. I dont think there is another woman because i always know where to find him, but the lack of interest in having a relationship with me is a real problem. I have voiced my opinion about this several times without him doing any thing to change his ways. I dont know what to do. Please help!
