spectators at golf tournaments in the 50's and 60's often had periscopes to watch the action. were the perisc?

    No they are not outlawed. They are approved for use at USGA, PGA and PGA TOUR events. They are a new type on periscope that cost about $60-$80. Not the old cardboard type but are very thin with good optics.

    Lorry, I stopped crying years ago. I wish I could. I still get really sad some times, but the tears just won't come. Not even happy tears. No tears at all.
