depressed and feeling guilty?

Question

is it normal to feel guilty about sexual experiences? i have a strong feeling of guilt from various sexual experiences that i cant get rid of, i have told my girlfriend all about them and she understands and is trying to help me but i still do not feel good enough for her, i want to be happy with her but feel that i am ruining her life because i used to be such a man whore. 

my mum died last year too so maybe this another factor :/

I'm only 14 so I'm not much help in most cases, but from my brothers experiance yes it is normal to feel guilty about sexual experiances, The one thing i can most help you with is you mum, I'm so sorry that she died and i know what it feels like, i lost my mum 10 years ago when i was only 4 and I'm still depressed now, i even cry in a corner sometimes, you will never get over the death of your mum but what you can do is acceept it and you will feel a lot better.

You must let go of the past. You are the one who controls your happiness...but sometimes we just need help to learn how to be happy. Try seeing a psyc. It would really help. Im sure you girlfriend knows that people make mstakes. We are only human :)
