There are three user accounts in my computer (OS is windows 7). I want to delete one of them. If i delete that account in my computer (OS is windows 7) will the files in it also be deleted forever?as in the files in the deleted account will not be seen in the admin's account?

You given the choice to delete or retain them in a folder with the same user's name but the account will be gone.

Yes, all personal files in that account will be deleted

Yes your p0rn will be deleted, but not permanently, you need to format the drive multiple times to get close to that.
