control panel on administrator account help?
is there anyway that i can block the "uninstall a program" under programs feature on control panel, I really don't want to make another account or disable access to the control panel, and if there is a way please tell me.

Press F8 when you restart your computer to put it in safe mode. Then you can get on the administrator's account and change the password. It works on XP and I'm pretty sure it works on Windows 7 and Vista as well...
