Poll: for Americans only?

The 4th of July is coming up! But I feel that American nationalism has hit a brick wall recently. What happened to American nationalism? there are many issues impacting Americans today ranging from the economy to our wars overseas, and now the election of 2012 is around the corner.

1) How nationalistic are YOU these days,

2) and what are you wishing to result from the 2012 election?

    1. I love being American even if some people hate it or don't care! Sure we've been having trouble with our politicians lately and we have some economy problems, but we've come so far from where we've started! The 4th of July is my favorite holiday. I guess I'm not like full out patriotic or anything, but I still love being an American.

    2. I hope that we get a president that will keep his promises. I hope that he starts pulling our troops out like they should've had done a long time ago, and our economy will get better! I want our country to make more history, stuff that we'll want to remember!!! Plus, I want the space program to open back up. I got upset when I found out it was being shut down!!!

    We have a President that does not believe in American exceptionalism, so that has an effect on nationalism.

    1. Army vet, always patriotic

    2. I don't see any of these Republicans defeating President Obama

    It's the 4th of July everywhere. In America, it's Independance Day. Have a wonderful holiday yourself!

    lol why do Americans always get depressed and overlook things?!

    every president always has alot to makeup for when they take their first term as president..... then they get criticized for it because they can't make America into the perfect place that people want!

    for example: when Bill Clinton screwed up and Bush became president, George Bush had alot to fix that Clinton messed up!

    now Obama is President and everyone expected him to be the best president ever lol and he let them down just like bush did! (Bush was my favorite by the way)

    So come 2012 it will be Obama against whoever is running against him? and i think Obama should still get one more chance to fix America back to the way it was!
