I'm not that hip on it. In fact, at first I thought it was a cutsie-short for Heisman, as in Heisman trophy. It would totally work for a middle name, I think, but I'm not sure it's good for a first name.
There are so many great names in the Heisey family, why not opt for one of those? Duncan, Wilson, Augustus (love Augie for a nickname!)
Or, consider going with one of the attributes of the glassware itself: Cobalt would be quite the powerful name for a boy. Or what about naming him after a line, such as Gascony.
