How to build a White (angel) MTG deck?
I'm kinda an amateur MTG player, been playing for little more than half a year. I have chosen white as my primary playing color...and I enjoy running Angels more than anything else...any advice on building an all-white angel deck? Most have high mana costs, so it's kinda iffy-iffy as far as building one that can run smoothly and stuff. Any advice? I have some ideas, but I'm looking for a little input...

It's pretty much impossible to run a deck with no creatures other than angels, because of the high mana cost you mention, and still stay competitive. It's just too easy with Red Aggro and Infect to get killed by turn 4 even in Standard anymore.
One way is to put in a bunch of card draw and land search in your low mana slots (along with Luminarch Ascension), such as Wall of Omens, Survival Cache, Knight of the White Orchid (if not sticking to Standard), Kor Cartographer, and Everflowing Chalice. Day of Judgement is pretty common as well.
As for Angels, Baneslayer Angel and Emeria Angel are both excellent for (relatively) low mana, and Shepherd of the Lost isn't bad for 4 mana. Going up to 6 mana, Sunblast Angel and Admonition Angel both can quickly change the shape of the battlefield, and Deathless Angel gives you a lot of flexibility in how to attack and defend.

Serra Angel x4 is a necessity. Angel of Mercy is also good for life gain.
An Ajani Goldmane is also very nice if you can pull off his big ability however, he is also good for mini life gain.
Iona, Shield of Emeria is also VERY nice. Yes, it does have a very high cost but it's very worth it if you have the mana speed.
Artifacts like Wayfarer's Bauble, Mycosynth Wellspring, Armillary Sphere, and Braidwood Sextant are great for land search.
Life gain is great in angel decks and shuts your opponents down. The enchantment, Ajani's Mantra is slow life gain along with Angelic Chorus. The sorcery, Ancestral Tribute is AMAZING life gain... IF you can afford it. Angel's Mercy is cheap for 7 life gain.
I hope this helps. Use the website below for further studies for your deck.

With every day pass, our country is getting into more and more trouble. The inflation, unemployment and falling value of dollar are the main concern for our Government but authorities are just sleeping, they don’t want to face the fact. Media is also involve in it, they are force to stop showing the real economic situation to the people. I start getting more concern about my future as well as my family after watching the response of our Government for the people that affected by hurricane Katrina.
According to recent studies made by World Bank, the coming crisis will be far worse than initially predicted. So if you're already preparing for the crisis (or haven't started yet) make sure you watch this video at http://www.familysurvival.tv/ and discover the 4 BIG issues you'll have to deal with when the crisis hits, and how to solve them fast (before the disaster strikes your town!) without spending $1,000s on overrated items and useless survival books.

If you have lots of high-cost stuff, build a mana ramp deck to get them on the field quickly. cards like manalith and worn powerstone can help you get things in early. also if you had a white version of dark ritual. and get angelic arbiter. it is a great card and it has one me two games so far.

You can't run a deck like that using only standard cards. If you try Classic, you might get it.

Along with stone, mud and animal parts, wood was one of the first materials worked by early humans. Microwear analysis of the Mousterian stone tools used by the Neanderthals show that many were used to work wood. The development of civilization was closely tied to the development of increasingly greater degrees of skill in working these materials.
